What is Boro Mania?
Boro Mania is a site set up by Boro fans, designed to not only bring readers the latest news and match reports but to also bring featured articles written by Boro fans, insights into the reserves and youth academy and general Boro banter.
The content of this site is primarily focused on Middlesbrough Football Club. We are not connected to or affiliated with Middlesbrough Football Club and as such have no constraints on what we will or will not write about. The authors of this site will bring you unbiased articles and you can let them know your feelings in the comments section.
Our aim for Boro Mania is to make it the number one fan resource for all things Middlesbrough Football Club. The first step in this is to create a site that brings you up to date news, well written articles and allows you, the reader, to interact with these articles (either through commenting, contacting us or using the polls). There are a number of additions that will follow so do keep checking back, if you have any suggestions then by all means let us know.

Shaun is the owner and editor of Boro Mania. A Middlesbrough fan who’s favourite players include Juninho, Bernie Slaven and currently David Wheater. Set up this site in an attempt to bring Boro fans together with good, well written articles that would instigate discussions.
Ross is a Redcar born Boro fan. Enjoys discussing and writing about all aspects of the club. Favourite players are Hignett, Juninho and Alves. Ross is an author with Boro Mania and since joining has contributed some excellent articles, none more so than his in-depth match previews.
Daniel is a lifelong Boro fan, just old enough to remember 86, and young enough to have watched the early Robson/Juninho years through awestruck teenage eyes. His earliest footballing memory is watching a reserve game between Boro and Man City. He sang his heart out, on his own, for 90 minutes solid. He was four years old, and he’s followed the Boro with the same passion ever since.
YOU? We are always on the lookout for people who are interested in writing or contributing to the site. If you’re a Boro fan and would like to get involved with the site then contact us and we’ll be in touch.
